Wu-style tai chi 24 Form

Wu-Style Tai Chi is characterized by small circle subtle techniques intermixed with large frame circular movements that are best for improving balance and flexibility.

In this class, students will learn the foundational steps and techniques of Wu-Style Tai Chi through step-by-step instruction and practicing combinations of fundamental movements. The Wu-Style 24 Form contains the essential postures and movements of Wu-Style Tai Chi.

Prerequisites: This class is suitable for students of all levels and all ages.
