Health Qi Gong

This class will focus on Qi Gong exercises to enhance health and wellness. Students will get relaxation for both their body and mind and improve their strength, balance, and flexibility.

This class will be taught in three 6-week sections, with each section focusing on a different Health Qi Gong routine. The first 6-week section will focus on Health Qigong Yi Jin Jing (Muscle/Tendon Stretching Exercise). Students can sign up for one section or the entire session.

Prerequisites: This class is suitable for students of all levels and all ages.

6 Classes Total with Shufen Zhou.
Saturdays 9:45am-10:45am (PDT).
Can be taken Online or In-Person.
