Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial arty. Initially developed for combat and self-defense, for most practitioners it has evolved into a sport and form of exercise. As an exercise, tai chi is performed as gently, low-impact movement in which practitioners perform a series of deliberate, flowing motions white focusing on deep, slow breaths. Often referred to as “mediation in motion", tai chi aims to concentrate and balance the body's qi (vital energy), providing benefits to mental and physical healthresident of Open Tai Chi. Dino has studied Tai Chi for over 15 years and has been a Tai Chi instructor for the last 7 years.

Sifu Amin Wu - Chair of Open Tai Chi. Sifu Wu is a highly-acclaimed member of the international Tai Chi community.
Dino Oliva, PhD - President of Open Tai Chi. Dino has studied Tai Chi for over 15 years and has been a Tai Chi instructor for the last 7 years.
